Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown cane sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 10 pcs cardamon
- 3 tsp coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup water
- Canola Oil for deep fry
Direction
1. Mix whole wheat flour and all purpose flour in a big bowl
2. Melt unsalted butter and then pour on the
flour and mix well

Grind cardamon and then add into the mixture
4. Add
coconut flakes and brown sugar and mix
nicely
6. Add little water and then try to make dough (dough should be hard)
7. Take a small piece from the dough and then
pat it with finger into the hard surface
8. Use
cookie cutter and knife to make design or use cookie press
9.
Take a large pan and then add Oil (should be half of the pan)
10.
Heat it a while and then add cookie into the pan
11. The heat now should be medium
12.
Fry until golden brown and then remove.
